FAB'ONE Signs the ProMilès Manifesto: KAPTREK PRO PILOT Makes a Long-Term Commitment to the French Armed Forces.

On Friday, June 6, 2026, FAB’ONE took a symbolic and concrete step in its commitment to the military world: signing the ProMilès manifesto with the Jura military delegation, under the authority of General Bruno Helluy, commander of the 1st Division of the French Army in Besançon. A powerful act that anchors KAPTREK in a long-term approach serving the men and women who defend France.

What Is the ProMilès Manifesto?

The ProMilès manifesto is a joint initiative by the French Armed Forces General Staff and MEDEF (France’s main employers’ federation), launched in 2022. It is a voluntary commitment, signed locally between a company and a military unit, designed to build concrete and lasting bridges between the business world and the armed forces.

Signed for a renewable 5-year period, the manifesto can evolve into more structured forms of cooperation based on identified needs and opportunities. It rests on four founding pillars:

  • Building proximity partnerships between companies and armed forces
  • Supporting the career transition of service members
  • Encouraging the employment of military spouses
  • Supporting the operational reserve and wounded veterans

In practice, it is a bridge between the local economic fabric and the armed forces, designed to organize sustainable exchanges at the territorial level.

FAB'ONE and the 1st Division: A Signing Under the Sign of National Cohesion.

The ceremony took place in the presence of General Bruno Helluy, a senior French Army officer whose operational career in France and abroad illustrates the demanding nature of the missions entrusted to our soldiers. Since November 1, 2025, he has commanded the 1st Division based in Besançon, as well as the Besançon-Belfort defense base, and serves as departmental military delegate for Doubs.

For FAB’ONE, a Franche-Comté startup based in Gevry (Jura) and creator of the KAPTREK PRO PILOT tactical wearable platform, this signing goes far beyond a symbolic gesture. It reflects a deep conviction: sovereign technological innovation cannot be built without being grounded in the operational military world.

“We develop solutions designed for and with field professionals. Committing alongside the armed forces through ProMilès means fully assuming our role as a French defense startup — locally rooted and internationally projected.” — Julien, CEO & co-founder of FAB’ONE

KAPTREK PRO PILOT: Sovereign Technology Designed for the Armed Forces.

KAPTREK PRO PILOT is today the only sovereign European alternative to non-European tactical wearable solutions. Developed, designed and manufactured in France end-to-end — hardware, proprietary Linux OS (K-OS), application software and server hosting — it directly addresses the needs of armed forces, special operations units and conventional units.

The platform rests on four complementary components:

  • K-OS — Tactical smartwatch running a sovereign Linux OS, IP67/IK08 rated, AES-256 encryption
  • K-OEM — Hardened Android platform for OEM integration in operational environments
  • K-MESH — Infrastructure-free LoRa mesh radio network (ISM 868 MHz), up to 100 nodes per network
  • K-VISOR — C2/C4ISR supervision interface for command and intelligence

These solutions are designed for degraded environments or those without network infrastructure, guaranteeing total data sovereignty, with no dependency on Google, or Big Tech platforms.

A Territorial Commitment Rooted in a National Dynamic.

The signing of the ProMilès manifesto with the Jura military delegation is part of a broader dynamic. FAB’ONE was born and grew in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, a few kilometers from Besançon — a garrison city par excellence, home to the 1st Division and the Besançon-Belfort defense base.

This geographic and human proximity to the military world has naturally shaped the development of KAPTREK PRO PILOT.

Through ProMilès, FAB’ONE commits concretely to:

  • Hiring priority for transitioning service members and veterans
  • Support for military spouses in their job search
  • Opening the company to the operational reserve
  • Participation in cohesion events organized by the military delegation

A French Defense Startup on the Eve of Eurosatory 2026.

This signing comes ten days before Eurosatory 2026 (Paris-Villepinte, June 16–20), the world’s largest international land defense trade show. FAB’ONE will be present alongside its partners ARDPI Air & Security, PROENGIN, ApexO, ORBITICA, ELYNXO and Drone Volt, demonstrating the full KAPTREK PRO PILOT ecosystem under operational conditions.

Signing the ProMilès manifesto just days before this major event sends a clear message: FAB’ONE is not merely a technology supplier — it is a committed player in French national defense, at both the local and international level.

An Approach That Echoes the Spirit of France's Defense Industrial and Technology Base.

France’s DITB — Defense Industrial and Technology Base — relies not only on major groups (Thales, Safran, MBDA, Nexter), but also on a fabric of innovative SMEs and startups capable of providing agile, sovereign, cost-effective solutions.

FAB’ONE fully embodies this ecosystem. By signing the ProMilès manifesto, the Franche-Comté startup affirms its membership in this defense community, and its willingness to contribute — at its scale — to France’s industrial and operational resilience.

Conclusion.

The signing of the ProMilès manifesto between FAB’ONE and the Jura military delegation marks a new chapter in KAPTREK’s story. It symbolizes the convergence between sovereign technological innovation and commitment to the men and women who defend our country.

Because defense technology is not built against the military — it is built with them.
